Service: we used this Cimi for bulk order over US$10,000. they refuse to fix or reimburse for errors and missing fins. they dont reply to our emails. highly unprofessional - if you want to place bulk order do not use this factory, they will burn you :( Quality: many issues including short shipment [missing items], sizes not printed as requested, wrong size printed on wrong fin, printed same size on multiple different fin style, some fins no size printed, supplied 10" instead of 9" - but printed 9", used wrong material - instead of hex they used solid fibreglass, carton lables printed wrong, incorrect pricing they charged higher price due to error on PI - but refuse to correct it. all up, this $10,000 order was a disaster due to bad organisation and mainly random size printing on fins. after care service they refuse to assist and told us we were a problem customer and did not want to deal with us any more. well Cimi wont have to worry about that - we got too burnt to ever go back :(

Your order involved a wide variety of designs, colors, and small quantities per item, which significantly increased production complexity and labor costs,(You have 3 base FCS FCS2 FUTURE and in 4 colors,smoke white blue and red,but only around 6 sets in each)
For the worng printing,if you can provide us the detail design for all the fins,we can make sure they are 100% as your requested
As a valued repeat customer,we offered you discount more than once, we offered discounts on your previous orders
(SS22080460 and SS23101660), leaving minimal profit margins.
While we’ve made efforts to address your concerns through our after-sales service, we were unable to agree on the proposed resolution.
